Many technicians don't like or don't understand the drop action spinet piano so they will often tell the client "don'tâ bother tuning or fixing it -it's not worth it". BIG MISTAKE. Many people love their spinets and want to save them. In 2020 when the concert tuners were out of work, I made several thousand dollars working on spinets -tuning, restringing, action overhaul -even new pin block! In this class I will show you the different types of drop actions, how to remove them and give you all the pitfalls so you don't have to make the same mistakes.
